Shipping Policy (DPD Next Day)

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via DPD Next Day service.

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday are delivered the next business day.

• Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

Order Cut-Off

• To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 3:30pm on business days.

• Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Orders

• Once your order ships, you will receive a DPD tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions or public holidays.

• Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g., Christmas).

International Orders (if applicable)

• Currently, we only ship within the UK via DPD Next Day.
