Depending on your vaping style - mouth to lung or direct to lung - you can opt for either the 1.0 Ohm pods or the 1.4 Ohm pods. If you prefer high VG liquids, go for the 0.8 Ohm mesh pod, but for freebase nicotine liquids, the 1.0 Ohm regular pod is best. 

For nicotine salts, the 1.4 Ohm ceramic pod is highly recommended. Each pod has a 1.7ml e liquid capacity and an easy-to-fill system.
